Terms and Conditions – Estrée Paris
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all sales made on the website estreeparis.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms without reservation.

2. Products The products offered are described and presented with the highest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may occur, particularly regarding handcrafted finishes or color display differences depending on your screen settings.
3. Pricing Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or your selected local currency, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Estrée Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase.
5. Payment Payment is made online via secure payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). Your order will only be processed once the payment has been validated.
6. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy. Processing times are 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Costs vary depending on the delivery method and destination.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized products, Private Sales, and items on promotion. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
8. Liability Estrée Paris shall not be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of its products. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the order.
9. Intellectual Property All elements of this website are protected by copyright. No reproduction is permitted without prior written authorization.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
